When you provide personal information to Ellis Jackson Recruitment the data controller is Ellis Jackson Recruitment Ltd.

We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days. Please ensure that you inform us if your personal information changes or is inaccurate. Should you request that your personal information is removed from our records, please be assured that this will be done as soon as is reasonably possible. Please note, personal information can be retained in order to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems etc., but always done within a legal framework.
